about
The 7" features North Elementary’s cover of Pistolero’s “Endless Summer” on the A-side and Pistolero’s cover of North Elementary’s “Lovesday Dead Down” on the B-side.
“We’re pretty big fans of each other’s songs, so it was easy enough to want to do it,” North Elementary frontman John Harrison said. “The interesting thing is that we actually did it.”
Harrison said “Endless Summer” was ” the first song of theirs I instantly liked. I would ask them to play it every time we played together.”
A limited number of 200 copies released in a hand-screenprinted sleeve designed by Regina McCoy.
"NE remind me of grandaddy meets the big rock of Blue Tip in a can filled with dreamy lyrics and reverb. As a limited edition promotion you can get a split 7″ with their friends Pistolero from Atlanta which reminds me of the warmers/cloud cult mixed with something hooky and smartly mod. Dig it." - Review Stalker
